Paratransit

Paratransit services are available for individuals who, typically because of disability, are unable to travel by a typical CTtransit Waterbury Division city bus. This service is intended to be used only for those trips for which riders cannot travel by the typical CTtransit Waterbury service. Paratransit operates during the same hours as CTtransit, and is operated by North East Transportation.
