Waterbury Pulse Detour 8:00am – 2:00pm

During the 6th annual “Dads Matter Too” Road Race and Community Awareness Day on Saturday, September 15, some streets in the area of the Waterbury Green will be temporarily closed to traffic. The race begins in Library Park in downtown Waterbury. During this event, from approximately 8:00am until 2:00pm, CTtransit buses will detour the area.
All CTtransit Waterbury (NET) and 229-route buses will make transfer connections at the Railroad Station on Meadow Street during this event. The bus stops at Elm Street (St Mary’s Hospital), UConn, Field and Grand Street will be temporarily closed.
Route 928 Express Customers: inbound and outbound bus stops at Field Street, Grand Street, Exchange Place and South Elm Street will not be served during the detour routing. The bus stop at the Railroad Station will be serviced
